K-4th Grade - 1-hour sessions devoted to skill fundamentals like passing, shooting, cradling, and ground balls Each session will end with a small-scale game (4v4) 9:00-10:00am
5th-8th Grade - 1-hour clinic style sessions that focus on more advanced skills in a particular area like offense, defense, face-off, etc Each week we will run multiple clinics, so there will be something for everyone each session We will release the schedule in September
High School - Our high school program is aimed at the less experience older player that is new to the game but wants to get involved with his high school team or the newer player that just wants to up his game in preparation for the high school season. - Our high school sessions will be designed to help a range of abilities with the goal at the end of the program to have every player capable of basics of throwing, catching, cradling as well as understanding the basics of the game like offense, defense, core rules, etc. - Unlike in years past, this program is not intended for advanced high school players and/or travel players - 1-hour sessions will be built around the general skill level of the group
Goalies of all ages - Goalies, we haven’t forgotten about you - We will have something every week, but will also have some goalie specific clinics over the course of the fall program
FOGO’s (Face-Off) - Like Goalies, we haven’t forgot about you either - Up and coming FOGO’s are encouraged to attend every week to develop the core basics of being a midfielder, but we will also have a number clinics dedicated to improving their technique and speed.
